Surveillance can be the most cost-effective investigative strategy in insurance matters to determine whether the personal claimed injury is fact or fictitious (fraudulent).

Often times conflicting accounts or mixed messages provide the "red flags" to warrant a closer look. Other times it is as simple as our client explaining to us that something just doesn't seem right.
